As a certified Neuroscience, Christian Coach, ADHD Coach, Career Coach & Home educator for more than twenty-five years, I've walked alongside homeschool families navigating the very questions you're carrying right now – am I doing enough? Flourish Homeschool Coaching was born from a simple, persistent belief: that with the right guidance, every student and every parent can move from striving to genuinely flourishing.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based science, ADHD-informed strategies, and a deep faith. Your family was designed for something good – and you are not meant to walk this season alone. The Coaching Difference means I've got you. You will not get a plan and then left on your own to implement it. This isn't an 80's infomercial for home rotisserie ovens where you "set it and forget it". I will be there ensuring you reach your goals through:

How is coaching different from some of the other things I've tried?
Counselors, Consultants & Mentors are very different from Christian Coaches.
Counselors usually focus on resolving difficulties arising from the past that are interfering with doing well in the present. Christian coaching is future-focused on creating strategies for achieving specific goals.
Consulting approaches vary greatly, the assumption is that they will diagnose problems, prescribe and sometimes implement solutions. With coaching the assumption is that you can generate your own solution with the coach supplying supportive, discovery based approaches and frameworks.
Mentors are experts who provide wisdom based on their own experience and may include advising, counseling, and coaching. The coaching process focuses on you setting and reaching your own objectives.
What is Coaching?
Professional Coaches help clients identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
What is Christian Coaching?
Christian coaches honor the thought-provoking and creative journey that aligns with God's divine plan for their lives. "Through discernment and guidance by the Holy Spirit, the coach and client are inspired to grow, change, and move toward their full potential."
