By accessing or using the Flourish Homeschool Coaching website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Flourish Homeschool Coaching provides homeschool coaching, consulting, curriculum guidance, and educational support services to families. Services may be delivered via online sessions, in-person meetings, digital resources, or a combination thereof.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for parents, guardians, and homeschooling families. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
4. Appointments & Scheduling
- All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions that begin late will still end at the originally scheduled time.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged the full session rate. Flourish Homeschool Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with advance notice.
6. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of your session if you have concerns. Digital products, downloadable resources, and completed sessions are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curricula, worksheets, and resources provided by Flourish Homeschool Coaching are the intellectual property of Stacey Fischer / Flourish Homeschool Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer
Flourish Homeschool Coaching provides educational coaching and guidance only. We are not a licensed school, and our services do not replace formal accredited education or legal advice regarding homeschool compliance in your state. Families are responsible for complying with all applicable homeschooling laws in their jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish Homeschool Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. 🆕 SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Flourish Homeschool Coaching, including appointment reminders, coaching updates, and program communications.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. After sending "STOP," you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Your use of our SMS program and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
